The business interests include: Racing UK (satellite and cable television distribution of RUK racing to residential and commercial customers in the UK and Ireland), 100%, Racing UK Online, 100%; GBI Racing (distribution of British and Irish racing pictures for betting overseas) a JV between Racing UK and At The Races; Turf TV (provider of UK racing pictures and data to UK and Irish bookmakers), a JV with Ascot Racecourse and Timeweave.
