Figures are monitored regularly on all aspects of diversity of employees. We support Women in Racing by funding the membership fees, and supporting our female employees in attending and hosting events.  

Staff development

We understand that the success of our organisation depends upon recruiting, developing and retaining the best people. We fund management training places at the British Racing Management Academy, support professional qualifications for accountants and lawyers, and encourage our staff to take appropriate training courses. All our production staff received intensive training on the latest equipment installed at our Ealing Studios.

We support development through a range of activities including formal and informal learning, and half and full day training courses.
